Transition To The Catalist Sponsor - Supervised Regime

Further to the announcement made by the Company on 15 June 2009, the Company wishes to announce that the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited has approved the Company's application to transit to Catalist, which will take effect on 16 July 2009 after which the Company will comply with the Catalist Rules on an on-going basis.
